I have had the wonderful opportunity to lead from the executive chair for 25 years. This has allowed me to know effective leaders continuously seek self-improvement and are resourceful, resilient and attentive on multiple levels. I also understand that complex organizations need to focus on key initiatives with versatile approaches to align people with results.
My ability to engage, develop and empower people as CEO for several regional medical organizations sparked my interest in leadership coaching. Earning my executive coaching certification at the highly-regarded Hudson Institute of Coaching in 2010 has allowed me to become a Certified Hudson Institute Coach. As an Authorized Facilitator of a Team Diagnostic TM assessment tool and improvement process from Team Coaching International that supports building leadership team effectiveness. I also have committed to developing self as coach in service of client success. I have received the designation of Hudson Master Coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, CA as well as a certification in the EQ in A profile from Learning in Action Technologies. I have also completed the Art of Developmental Coaching and earned PCC (Professional Certified Coach) from the International Coaching Federation.
I partner with clients on improved leadership effectiveness and results, peer mentoring, and coaching for leaders. I also facilitate assessments and coaching for developing high performers and teams. Using my executive background in visioning, strategic planning and activating teams, I am accomplished in clarifying goals so that leaders can effectively communicate the vision, action steps and engage people throughout the organization. I am also experienced in strategic planning and board retreat facilitation.
